Comments We Were Given Permission to Print
Collected at the desk and by email. We asked before publishing any of these, and we included the ones where nothing got sold.
Elena spent the first twenty minutes not saying anything, which I found unnerving until she turned the screen round. Two degrees open, every single swing. I had been aiming further left for four years to compensate.

Why Some of These Are Four Stars
We print the mixed ones because a page of unbroken five-star praise tells a reader nothing. If a build ran late, that is on us and it belongs on the page.
We also do not chase reviews with follow-up emails or offer anything in exchange for them. Every comment here came from someone who volunteered it, and we asked in writing before publishing a name.

If something in your session did not land, email the studio directly. It reaches all four of us, and we would rather hear it than read it later on a review site.
