Thursday and Friday evenings exist for people who cannot get here during the working day. They fill up first, so book those further ahead.
Parking and the Front Door
The lot wraps around the north side of the building and is free without a permit. The suite is on the second floor; the stairwell is by the glass entrance and the lift is behind it on the left. If you are carrying a full bag, use the lift — the stairs turn tightly.
Coming from the west along Broadway, we are past the intersection on the right-hand side. From the freeway it is about twelve minutes outside rush hour and closer to twenty inside it.

- Sierra Vista and Benson, mostly on Saturdays
Golfers regularly drive up from Nogales and across from Casa Grande. If you are travelling more than an hour, call ahead and we will try to give you the longest window in the day.
What Helps Us Help You Faster
Have a rough idea of your typical miss and how often you play. Those two facts narrow the session recommendation more than anything else you could tell us.
If you are asking about a repair, a photo of the club saves a trip. Ferrule problems, hosel cracks and worn grooves are all diagnosable from a decent picture, and we would rather tell you not to drive across town.
If you are calling about a build already in progress, quote the ticket number on your sheet. Hollis keeps the build ledger by hand and that number is how he finds you.
Skip the Phone Entirely
The request form takes about a minute and lands with the desk directly. Put your preferred day, a fitter's name if you have one, and a sentence about the problem. We confirm by phone or email within one working day.
Come By During Posted Hours
You are welcome to look at the bench and the wall without an appointment. Bring a club if you want an opinion on it.
