Tell Us What Is Going Wrong
This is a request, not an instant booking. Somebody reads it and calls you back to confirm a real time on the schedule.
Bring These Four Things
- The clubs you actually play, including the ones annoying you
- The golf shoes you normally wear on the course
- A glove, if you use one
- Any data from a previous fitting, if you have it
You do not need to warm up beforehand. The first ten minutes of the session are for exactly that, and hitting balls somewhere else first tends to make the baseline less representative rather than more.
Twenty-Four Hours, No Charge
Give us a day's notice and there is nothing to pay. Inside that window we ask for half the session fee because the bay went unused. Illness and weather are obvious exceptions and we are not going to make you argue about them.
Session Request
Everything marked required helps the desk match you to the right fitter and the right length of session. We do not pass any of it on to anybody.
What Happens Next
We Read It Properly
Whoever is going to run your session reads the form, not a receptionist filing it. If the category you picked looks wrong for the problem you described, we will say so when we call.
We Confirm a Real Time
By phone if you gave a number, by email otherwise. The confirmation includes the length of the session and the fee, so there is nothing to discover at the desk.
We Hold the Bay
One golfer per bay per slot. Nobody is queued behind you and the appointment does not get cut short because the schedule slipped earlier in the day.
